Describe the part. Print it.

AI turns a plain-English description into a parametric, print-ready STL — functional parts with real screw clearances, in seconds.

How it works

01

Describe

“Wall hook for headphones, two M4 screws.” Plain words, real dimensions if you have them.

02

Preview & refine

Inspect it in 3D with exact dimensions and an estimated weight. Say “5mm thicker” to adjust.

03

Download the STL

Drop it in your slicer and print. Clearances and wall thickness already handled.

Questions

What is an STL?

The universal file format every 3D printer slicer accepts. You download it, open it in Cura / PrusaSlicer / Bambu Studio, and print.

Will it really print?

Parts are generated with FDM rules baked in: 2mm minimum walls, screw-hole clearances (M3–M5), parts resting flat on the bed, overhangs avoided where possible. Overlapping solids fuse automatically in your slicer.

Can it make figurines or organic shapes?

No — STLsmith is for functional parts: hooks, brackets, spacers, boxes, knobs, mounts. For sculptures, use a mesh generator instead.

Do credits expire?

Never. Buy 100, use them whenever.
